- In 1997, we established M/s Ajar Amar Steels with a rolling mill of 60 metric tonnes per day capacity.
- By 2004, to meet increasing demand, we installed another rolling mill, raising the capacity to 200 tonnes per day
- In September 2018, we established M/S AJAR AMAR STEEL CONCAST and began installing a furnace with a 90 metric tonnes per day melting capacity, which was successfully commissioned on 11th March 2020.
- Despite challenges like COVID-19, in September 2021, we installed a continuous casting machine, shifting to billets instead of ingots for better quality. Additionally, we installed 475 KVA solar panels on our furnace and rolling mill sheds, making it one of the greenest units in Ludhiana
- In April 2022, we commissioned a rolling mill with a 300 metric tonnes per day capacity.
- By September 2022, we installed a 66 KVA grid, increasing electricity demand from 4000 KVA to 19000 KVA, and installed one of Ludhiana's largest furnaces with a 450 metric tonnes per day melting capacity.
- Currently, we are upgrading our rolling mill to a 500 metric tonnes per day capacity and expanding our product line to include industrial rounds and RCS.
