specialising in the production of high-quality iron rebars. With a legacy of excellence and
innovation, we have been a driving force in the manufacturing of steel flats in hand tools
sector for over 3 years now.
Background
AJAR AMAR STEELS, parent company of AJAR AMAR STEEL CONCAST was
established by Sh. Ajay Jain ji in 1995 and started with rolling of steel ingots to steel
flat/rebars in 1998. We have been the pioneer in the industry ever since.
Management
AJAR AMAR STEEL CONCAST is a family run business. To maintain the integrity and responsibility towards our clients, all the operations are being handled by the family members only. Details of the partners are as followsSh. Rakesh Jain ji s/o late Sh. Amrit Lal Jain ji, is a partner of AJAR AMAR STEEL CONCAST. Along with this he is a partner of Ajar Amar Steels also. He is one of the directors of AJAR AMAR STEEL CONCAST PVT LTD. He is also director of Palace Jewellers Pvt Ltd. Sh. Ajay Jain ji s/f late Sh. Amrit Lal Jain ji, is a partner of AJAR AMAR STEEL CONCAST. Along with this he is a partner of Ajar Amar Steels also. He is one of the directors of AJAR AMAR STEEL CONCAST PVT LTD. He is also Director of GRA Spinning Mills Pvt Ltd. Sh. Sorav Jain ji s/o Sh. Rakesh Jain Ji, is a partner of AJAR AMAR STEEL CONCAST. Along with this he is a partner of Ajar Amar Steels also. He is one of the directors of AJAR AMAR STEEL CONCAST PVT LTD. He is also a director of Palace Infratech Pvt Ltd.
Sh. Archit Jain ji s/o Sh. Ajay Jain Ji, is a partner of AJAR AMAR STEEL CONCAST. Along with this he is a partner of Ajar Amar Steels also. He is one of the directors of AJAR AMAR STEEL CONCAST PVT LTD.
COMPANY OVERVIEW
Established in 2020, AJAR AMAR STEEL CONCAST is located in at Village Dugri, Tehsil Payal, LUDHIANA. Our mission is to provide the hand tools industry with superior iron rebars while upholding our commitment to environmental sustainability. Through our dedication and cutting-edge technology, we have earned the trust of our esteemed clients and partners. The turnover for 2021-22 was Rs 140 crores and for year 2022-2023 was Rs 185 crores. With our upcoming furnace of 30 TPH we are expecting to touch annual turnover close to Rs 1000 crores (approx) from next financial year.
OUR PROCESS
Our production process involves several meticulously planned stages:
Scrap Procurement
We strategically source scrap metal from trusted suppliers, ensuring the highest quality input materials for our production. We are more focused on importing the scrap than procuring it locally to ensure the better quality of product in terms of chemical composition and strength.
Melting and Casting
Our advanced melting processes convert scrap into molten iron, which is then transferred to the saddle which further takes it to continuous casting machine which expertly casts into billets of various sizes and specifications.
Forming and Rolling
The molten iron is shaped into rebars using cutting edge technology and precision equipment, followed by a rolling process that only shapes the billets but also enhances their strength and durability while maintaining the apt softness.
Quality Control
Rigorous quality checks at every stage of production guarantees that our iron rebars meet the most stringent industry standards along with the precise dimensions required by our clients.
